Rainfresh HP1 high performance depth filter is designed for efficient removal of ultrafine particulate matter and sediment from water. It provides an efficient, cost effective 1 micron filtration solution for residential, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, electronics and other applications. Rainfresh HP1 filters are constructed from 100% adhesive-free polypropylene microfiber media bound by a compact process to form a true graded density depth filter. This unique construction results in larger void volume that provides excellent flow characteristics with low pressure-drop and high efficiency. The graded density structure enables larger particles to be trapped towards the periphery while smaller particles are progressively trapped towards the core. This structure generates a high dirt-holding capacity for the cartridge.

APPLICATIONS

• 4-6 months of use or when differential pressure drops by 10 psi

1 micron filter cartridge LIFE

• 4-6 months of use or when differential pressure drops by 10 psi. (It is recommended to install pressure gauges before and after the sediment filter housing. Note the outlet pressure reading when a new HP1 filter is installed. Once this reading drops by 10 psi, it is time to change the filter cartridge. This way the maximum life of the filter is extracted).
