Rainfresh CORO filtration system is specifically designed for combi-ovens and steamers. Polyphosphate-based scale inhibitors do not work for these applications as the inhibitor bonds break with high temperature. CORO system’s hyper-filtration technology removes minerals and hardness from the water, thereby preventing formation of scale anywhere in the oven. It features a wall mounted design with a pressure tank (4 gal capacity) that delivers low TDS water to the oven.

Combi oven water filter prevents scale formation inside a combi oven.

Water quality has a significant impact on the working and performance of combi-ovens and steamers. High mineral content gets deposited as scale on spray nozzles and the cooking area. When scale builds up, nozzles get plugged up, causing downtime and maintenance/cleaning costs. Easy Plug & Play Design

CORO system is designed for easy wall-mount installation using easy push-in fittings that do not require soldering or hard plumbing. Two easy push-in connections on the side and two on the bottom are all that’s required, and for installation convenience all connections are labeled. A space-saving storage tank is required to provide approx 3.2 US gal of treated water ready at all times. A re-pressurization pump is included to maintain the treated water pressure as required (some models).
