MB Series Polypropylene Melt Blown Filter Cartridges

Rainfresh MB series sediment commercial filter cartridges are ideal for residential, RO pre-filtration, potable water, food & beverage, commercial and industrial applications. MB series filter cartridges are manufactured using 100% food grade polypropylene. They exhibit high dirt holding efficiency at the rated micron size and low pressure drops with excellent flow characteristics.

• UNIVERSAL FIT – Fit Rainfresh and most standard filter housings
• Double open end style
• Operating Temperature : 4°C to 38°C (39 – 100°F). Not recommended for hot water application
• Outer Diameter : 2.5” (6.35 cm)         •     Inner Diameter : 1” (2.5cm)
• Initial clean pressure drop – < 2 psi. Cartridge replacement recommended when pressure drop exceeds 10 psi

SW Series String Wound Polypropylene Filter Cartridges

Rainfresh SW series sediment commercial filter cartridges remove dirt, rust, sand, silt and other particulate matter from water. Featuring a string wound construction with a solid polypropylene core, SW series cartridges are ideal for residential, commercial and industrial applications where core strength and efficiency are required.

SW series filter cartridges are manufactured using 100% food-grade polypropylene. No additives or binders are used during the manufacturing process, resulting in a pure product that does not leech out extractables in during use. Certified to NSF/ANSI 61.

• UNIVERSAL FIT – Fit Rainfresh and most standard filter housings

Commercial Cyst Reduction Filter Cartridges

Rainfresh CRB3075 pleated filter cartridges are 1 micron absolute filter cartridges and have been tested to meet the US EPA LT2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule for Cryptosporidium and Giardia log credits. The average log reduction using 2 micron surrogate beads, at 100 GPM per cartridge, is 3.6 log.

CRB3075 are for use with Rainfresh Cyst Filtration Systems.

CRB3075 cyst reduction filter cartridges are 30″ high and 7.5″ diameter and are certified to NSF/ANSI 61. They can be used for cyst reduction in small municipal applications, GUDI systems, RO pre-filtration, Food and beverage filtration and other industrial/commercial applications. CRB cyst reduction filter cartridges are designed for use with Rainfresh “H” series filter housings only.

SWH Series Hot Water Cartridges

Rainfresh SWH series commercial filter cartridges are string-wound depth filters with a stainless steel core, designed for efficient removal of particulate matter and fine sediment from hot water up to 200 deg F (93 deg C). These cartridges provide an efficient, cost effective filtration solution for applications like process water, HVAC systems, hydronic heating systems, etc.
